While the amount of information the HOA collects on its members is minimal at best - mostly contact information (email and phone numbers) and property data obtained through publicly available (County) databases - the Board of Directors considers your information as Confidential and that it should be held in strict confidence.
We do not share your information with other members, unless you authorize otherwise, much less outside organizations or individuals. We will not divulge your information in any manner or make it publicly available, except as may be required by law or a court order.
The Board of Directors uses your contact information, especially email addresses, for conducting HOA business on your behalf, and forwarding information to you regarding such matters as the annual member meeting, Board Of Directors announcements, alerts from the County Sheriff, the HOA newsletter, Committee reports/information, dues assessment notifications, etc. Your contact information will not be used for non-HOA business.
